In my personal opinion, a leader should make his followers feel more secured. That no matter how things go, there’s always a room for everything. A second try, another chance and an opportunity to grow.

Balance…

Capable of maintaining the balance between himself and his followers, offers growth rather than taking credit for things done. Someone who knows his and his follower’s weaknesses and strengths and the ability to turn it into a perfect match to achieve greater things than isolate the weak and take out all the stronger ones.

Someone who’s willing to walk on the same steps with his followers.
