Memory..

Memoir

I walk past you, in a memory of two. Envisions of the future, of what we once had ventured. There was a rainbow in the sky, the sun was bright and warm. I walk past you, to where we’re from.

I snuggled under the stars, with dark skies above. The solitude of your embrace felt nice, though the wind was cold as ice. Just like summer at its peak, you came and made my life change. It was then that moment, I thought the flame could keep us together. I walk past you, to that memory of me and you.

The moon has spoken, as we gaze at the heavens. The future is right before us, a story that we created once. It was lovely but short-lived, the love we had was once unlimited. Until time speaks, I walk past you in bits and pieces.

My heart breaks, as dreams begin to shatter. A tormenting endearment, an excruciating predicament. To the future of us, that we ended before it could even start. From where we’ve once been, I walk past through your pain. To the memory of our tale, I walk past you, down Its lane.
