Are you patriotic? What does being patriotic mean to you?
I’ve served a year as a reserved force, it was enough for me to realize what patriotic means. It is giving your self out to what could be beneficial to your country. However, that’s also the very moment I realize I was not ready to go all out for the sake of my country for it does require unfaltering and unwavering devotion and self sacrifice. It made me settle with giving my country the respect it deserved, and for as long as I am alive. My heart will always be for my country, The Philippines!
